100% Organic Raw Honey from Bulgaria

FAQ

Is your honey really raw?

Yes. Our honey is never heated above natural hive temperature, so all of the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients are preserved. It is raw, unfiltered, and unblended — exactly as the bees made it.

Where does your honey come from?

Every jar comes from Bulgaria, where generations of beekeepers tend their hives across wildflower meadows and ancient linden forests, far from industrial pollution and pesticides.

Is it organic and certified?

Our honey is produced to organic standards and is EU certified, with rigorous testing for purity and quality.

My honey has crystallised — is it still good?

Absolutely. Crystallisation is completely natural and a sign that honey is raw and unprocessed. To return it to a runny texture, simply stand the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water. Never microwave raw honey, as high heat destroys its natural goodness.

How should I store it?

Keep your honey in a cool, dry cupboard with the lid firmly closed. There’s no need to refrigerate it, and raw honey keeps for a very long time.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat-rate delivery fee, which is shown clearly at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Can I return an order?

Yes — please see our Returns & Refunds page for how this works.
