Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to return an item
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any delivery costs — at no charge to you.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We’ll email you to confirm once it’s done.
